TERMS

Clear expectations for early testing.

These working terms explain the boundaries of the Journey prototype. Formal legal terms will replace them before public release.

Early-access draft · updated 1 October 2026

Early-access service

Journey is in active development. Features may change, be unavailable or produce errors. Testers should keep independent copies of information they cannot afford to lose.

Health and safety

Journey may discuss health, symptoms or medication when you ask, but its AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them to diagnose a condition, choose a medicine or dose, or delay professional care. Journey is not an emergency service or a substitute for a qualified health professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using Journey and request permanent deletion through the account page.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You permit Journey and its necessary service providers to process that information to provide and secure the features you use, as described in the privacy overview.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Any paid offer, including price, renewal, cancellation and refund information, must be explained before a purchase is offered.

Changes and formal terms

These draft terms will be reviewed and expanded before public beta, including jurisdiction, intellectual property, acceptable use, warranties, liability, complaints and contact details. Material changes should be communicated to active testers.
